I would be interested in a weekday evening course and splitting over two days would also be great.

I'd be happy to take part in a weekday course, provided you find a good way to get it up to the same quality as a weekend course, for example by splitting it up over multiple days. I'm sure you can find some way to do that efficiently. As for availability: I'd try to make time available, but won't always be able to due to time zone, work and other obligations. I can only know for sure when I'd know specific dates and times. Hope that answers your question.
