I'm currently a carebear... and have some mining skills... I don't think a new mining ship would get me into 0.0 mining. But => with drone interfacing V and mining drones V I get over 300 m3 ore/minute from my 5 mining drones. Having 6 times that would make me outmine hulks (though yield would be reduced by travel time if I wasn't right next to the roid.) Also, having drones out makes you extremely easy to probe down... If I want a cloaked mining vessel that isn't quite as good as a hulk I'd just fit a cloak instead of one of the strip miners. But I have a more entertaining thought... can you fit a cyno & a tank on a bait hulk?
