i'm -6.84 with gallente and i think thats where the classes are anyone know of away i can still take the class?

Use an alt for the theory section, no skills required (although using an afterburner would be good). Move your main to Ostingele (a lowsec system 1 jump from the stating location) and change characters once we move into lowsec.
