Men of war have long known that warriors must often abandon those verities they defend. Peace, human kindness, love... for they hold no meaning to the enemy. And so, to win, do we become what we despise... and despise what we become?

A well run and informative class, all the instructors were well versed and communicated well. The roam portion was very impressive, it demonstrated quite nicely that a fleet could engage in PVP successfully, without having to invest heavily in larger ships.

I have been on vacation for a month, and this is my first opportunity to write a well-deserved affirmative feedback for the folks who organized and presented this course. I don’t know that my comments will be strikingly different than previous comments, but I feel compelled to offer them. Overall, the course was indeed excellent. The Agony folks are very sharp people with excellent demeanor. Miss Granger ( a guy ) has a gift for presentational speaking – in my opinion. I am not certain what he does professionally, but my hunch is that he is an instructor of some sort. He was a pleasure to hear on vent, and very informative. The FC during the roam remained abreast of a variable plethora of information and managed the fleet in sublime fashion. Performing at the level presented by either of these gentlemen is beyond my ability. My only regret is that I didn’t attend this course earlier. I have been playing EVE for @ 18months, and this class would have been a huge boon at 3-4 months of game time. This information would have saved me so much time and several popped ships! I highly recommend than any new player attend this course as soon as possible. The only possible comment of mild criticism I have is regarding the choice of ECM modules. We used racial modules instead of multi –spectrum modules. Given the very small number (i.e. small groups) of opponents on the week-day roam, it seemed like multi-spectrum jammers would have provided more effect. This is simply because only 1-2 race groups were presented among our opponents. I completely understand this may be rooted in the time of our roam, and that a weekend would be more busy. I also understand that these issues have been addressed my folks who are more tactically savvy than me. I eagerly look forward to my next Agony class! BadMessage
