Lately we've had an unprecedented level of demand for our classes, and have been doing our best to provide as many classes as we can while maintaining our high quality. We've been starting to roll out specialist seminars and have more in the works. All in all things are going pretty damn well for PvP University, at least from our point of view. That being said, we can always do things better, which brings me to my question, what would you like to see from us? Running more classes is an obvious one, but beyond that, what do you like about our service? What would you like to see done differently? We get a lot of great feedback on individual classes, but we'd love some about the Uni as a whole.

Things that are great: The Instructors willingness to help students, even outside of class. When you pay to take a class it is really like a membership into the University, not just that one class. The articles that become available when taking the different classes are incredible. The wiki info from the Advanced class was worth the cost of admission alone. Heck TTAP is worth the cost, totally changed my way of thinking. The roams at the end, for obvious reasons. Idea's: Information specific to solo work, or very small groups, 3 or less, would be great.. The concepts and tactics of a wolfpack are obviously gang related, but some tricks or tips related to solo flying and fitting a ship for solo work would be great for both the Basic and/or Wolfpack student.

I love the course materials. The wiki (at least the sections I've got access to) is worth the price of the courses by itself. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, and that attitude carries through to the students. (Which doesn't always happen.) I'd also like to see more information for the very small gang. And I'd be interested in alternative tactics. A-U is very good at the hydra fleet, but I think y'all are also pretty good at some other stuff. How about a seminar on sucking in pirates? How to fit a bait ship (I expect that there are options/tricks that aren't obvious)? etc.? Interceptors aren't as easy to fly as one would like; that might also make an interesting seminar...

Things i miss: - A print version of the wiki pages. - Screenshots of different window layouts and an explanation of why the windows are distributed that way. - Practical examples of target calling (list a bunch of ships in the enemy fleet and tell us which one is primary for the big boys, which one is primary for the tacklers, etc...) - An explanation of the different types in the overview filters and what do they do (i.e. what are large collidable objects/ships, what is the importance of beacons, ...) - Practical classes about finding (scanning) ships in deep safes - Downloadable video material, including battle communications audio. I think the classes are terrific as they are, but the above will improve them even more. JM2C

This thought process makes up a big chunk of Advanced actually.

maybe a class that is mostly a scheduled roam in 0.0, sort of a 'day in the life of Agony'. so basically a roam where 'students' could have help getting things down pat with Agony, or get more interested in Agony/pvp in a more pvp-ish, less class way. maybe only offer it after people have taken PVP Advanced. let the 'students' do some of the parts of the roam that Agony pilots usually handle. basically this would an excuse to hang around with Agony pilots, that you pay for.

What I think would be nice would be a basic CovOps tactics class that doesn't have the Wolfpacks pre-req... :) I know, I know... but I missed the sign-up time for the last Wolfpacks, and have a couple alts atarting up with CovOps in the next week or so. :) Edit: have you considered doing some kind of intro to FW? Dunno if it would fit with something class-oriented, but I'm looking at FW as an alternative to gating into a camp with ten Inties and a dozen battleships. ;-)

Agony haven't really been involved in FW, so I'm not sure we're in the best position to teach it :P

FW itself is kind of "intro", just join it, x up in Militia chat and you should be flying in a fleet pretty soon. That's all FW is about really, so there isn't much to build a class around.

Things specific to FW are FW complexes and FW missions. Complexes are essentially anomalies that are located within 4AU of planets and can be scanned down with onboard system scanner. To capture a FW complex you just need to sit within like 20km of a "button" (a marked structure) for like 15 minutes (you can check info about it to know what distance and time are exactly, some of them differ). When you capture a bunch of them, system's military bunker becomes "vulnerable", and by attacking it you can capture the system itself.

Note that the location of FW plex (or FW mission) becomes a public beacon for everyone else in the system. FW plexes also have "sizes", and smaller ones are restricted by the types of ships you can get through in there. MWD works in FW plexes. When you capture them, your "rank" increases (about three or four plexes to get to the next rank) - but those ranks mean nothing whatsoever except for showing that you spent a lot of time sitting on the buttons.

Yea, and you can't enter hisec systems of BOTH enemy factions (if you join Minmatar militia, you will be at war with Amarr AND Caldari). Well, you can actually enter, but you'll have to move around pretty fast before you get shot, webbed, and possibly scrambled by NPC faction navies. Fighting them is pointless because you'll just get more npcs on yourself.

Positive feedback really, I've seen the course material get delivered increasingly slickly (well one of your instructors is a professional teacher so not surprising!) and the wiki material updated and improved. Keep it up! Basically all I want as a student is evolution of Agony's courses to keep up to date with game changes, eagerly awaiting the new stealth bomber seminar. Would also like to see the Apocrypha scanning changes incorporated into something you offer.
