[Pesets]

I need to start taking some screens during these classes. I love the look of the large fleets in warp.

Don't. It's addictive. I have almost 30 gigs worth of just screenshots sitting there, and am tempted to start making videos...

Thanks to Caldak, dime, Agent Dogfire, The AEther and all the other Agony members that made the night possible. Even though we weren't in a target rich environment, it was still an excellent learning experience. I have one minor suggestion for the FC on future roams. Groups 1 and 2 got all the love. It would be cool if the FC made an effort to rotate the groups more. Cheers.

As part of group 1, I agree. Would have gotten in on a few more kills, if I wasn't stuck on the other side of a gate waiting for a session timer, as the targets always jumped through the gate when they saw local start to spike, right into the waiting hands.. errr, bubble of groups 3, 4, and 5. :grr:

Shiny black Heretics look totally badass. I wonder why we warped in sync though, as its warp speed is like 3x that of a regular dessie... i guess fleet warp is synced now.

I think this was covered in basic.

When in fleet & warped as a group your warp speed is governed by the slowest warp speed in that group. So If you have 10 interceptors, 1 cruiser & they are gang warped the cruiser's warp speed will be the groups speed.

Yeah you're right vissuddha, that was covered in Basic.

So too was the earlier comment about not webbing before pointing, as it can allow the target to escape easier.

You're right, that was covered in the run down of ewar types in Basic, in Wolfpacks we just went over what to 'call' when applying ewar, merely to refresh comms procedure. I think while it's useful to refresh things from Basic, I'm sure you'll all agree the class does run for quite a long time, so going over stuff that has already been taught is running a fine line between patience and practicality

Thanks for a great class dime, I'll be definitely looking at jumping on board the practical part of the next wolfpacks- was so bummed I could only stay for the theory this time round.

PS: None of the Agony students are on the graduates list. Is it possible to tack us on there to save confusion when we link to the enrolment thread in our signatures? Thanks!

Hmm, i guess a bunch of stuff didn't "register" for me while i was taking Basic, maybe because i knew it already... sorry, my bad then

I liked it. Sometimes I couldn't understand the instructor but I figured it out just fine. Even with the lack of targets, the roam was fun. Was surprised how fast BBs drop when encountering us. =)
