This here thread was just one someone created with a query, and is NOT a registration thread (emphasis for anyone else wishing to post here).
Unfortunately, the 23 May Basic class appears to be filled. The next scheduled class is on June 6 @ 1800 Eve time.
The registration thread with instructions on how to register property can be found by clicking HERE.
Hope that information helps, please double check that you are posting in the official registration thread, so you don't miss out.

Trying to access course materials still gives the error "The action you have requested is limited to users in the group ensign."
That's the wiki's default error message. It should read "You don't have access to this page" or something like that, but for whatever reason it says something about ensigns. I get that message on some pages, even though I'm not an ensign.
Just hang tight. It takes a bit to go through and process all the payments and sign-ups, and the real limitation is only certain people can do it. If their RL is busy, things take a little longer. You'll definitely get wiki access well before the course, and honestly the material doesn't take that long to read through. Even if you read it through several times, it's not that bad.

If its not fixed before Saturday then I don't think anyone will be having much fun and it might be best to postpone?
