Your fee was already refunded.
As you haven't got the required pre-requisites, you were removed from the course.
Covert Ops is an advanced course which requires knowledge from the Basic and Wolfpacks courses. Until you have completed both of those pre-requisite courses, you will not be allowed to take the Covert Ops course.
Please make sure you take both pre-requisites before attempting to enrol in CovOps.
