BO changes by themselves are nothing great althoug ha step in the right direction. To be honest, using them just as jump portals is pretty 'In the box' which is what these changes look like. However, BO changes along with Bombers being able to fit CovOps cloaks and Torps plus other Sneak Weasels ™ is awesome. Will try and find the link with CCP saying they are putting CovOps cloaks on Bombers on Sisi.

Now that is something interesting I had not heard before.

The changes (Black Ops and ECM, as well as SB's if that's also happening) are interesting in that it will cause us to re-evaluate tactics that have been developed.

The current plan for SB changes basically makes them useless for anything other than letting off 2-3 volley of torps at 25km. No more anti-falcon type work, no more shooting at frigs or unpainted cruisers (forgetting the fact that a cruiser at 25km will rip an SB to bits with light drones). Not amused by them taking my favourite ship from 150-200km slow sniper to 25km punchbag. Oh and even at 25km the missiles take 8 seconds to hit the target...
