Essentially, yes - post your app here in General Chat and it will swiftly be moved to an internal forum for review by the Corp.
EVE is a dark and harsh world, you're supposed to feel a bit worried and slightly angry when you log in

a few days to a week usually - might take a bit longer due to upcoming patch and people taking a few days off from playing EVE
