Do you guys do "consulting" or have you considered it?
Something like I might get if I hired Scott Meyers to teach my team how to code. I pay his company some huge amount of money, he sends one of his guys to me, I either keep it to myself and get the benefit of a small class...or open it to the public to offset some of my cost.
If this is something you offer, or would offer, what's the damage?
Thought about "consulting"?

Yes, this is something we're willing to offer. The cost would be negotiable based on the specifics of what you wanted from us.
