Skrewed, you realise that every time an Admin says that, the entire database is lost and the DNS reconfig takes 400 attempts and requires sacrificing a small child to make work, right?

Hope it goes OK, I've been doing much the same on a live production system today; switched over 21 minutes ago and no problems yet, site is accepting/processing orders OK and hasn't lost any in the few seconds of switchover.
Time for a beer or 3 I think.

Lots of new stuff. Skin has to be upgraded. I'll turn it on for a while so that you all can start bitching now.
This is what brought me to this section, can't say it's horrid but some of the icons could be better as a personal preference. But then again I know I don't like much of the current GUI changes all round which seems to be popular.

These things tend to happen when an application is moved to a new server and the developers that maintain software interacting with said application is only notified a few hours before the actual change over is started...
