Since CCP is on a roll these days fixing internet spaceships, I find it appropriate to request the return of rigs to your ship fittings.

When i auto-fit a ship these days (i die on a regular basis), I find it annoying having to scroll through 700 different items to find my rigs, and I sometimes even forget to do it, causing embarrassing lossmails. It used to be that when you fit your ship with the auto-fitter, rigs were included, and if i remember correctly, they even gave a warning about the rigs. This was removed when fittings were moved to server storage instead of local storage. I want it back.

I therefore propse the following:

Include rigs to the "Auto-fitting" tool
Allow a warning that can be disabled.
Include an option "Always include rigs when fitting your ships" (that can be reset).

I believe this will remove a source of great annoyance to a lot of pilots.

Supported. Bonus points if you can get it to reliably take all the modules, too. For some reason, it randomly fails to fit some modules that are in my fits. Next step is to have it share data with EFT....

Excuse the necro but... Looks like this is go on SISI - ship fittings save both rigs and ammo in cargo, and clicking fit will rig your ships (with a pop up asking you if you're sure), and stock your hold with ammo. Haven't tried it to see if it works with drones as well, but it seems likely...

Laaaaame. What excuse should people bring now to take longer than one minute to fit a ship? Looking forward to it, it's not as if that one would have never been an annoyance...

It doesn't group weapons or actually load charges into things? That could take ages...

EVE is a dark and harsh world, you're supposed to feel a bit worried and slightly angry when you log in

It doesn't group weapons or actually load charges into things? That could take ages...

It doesn't pull stuff out of containers? I refuse to give in to the evil inventory. I will not get rid of my anally organized containers and depend on filters! YOU CAN'T MAKE ME CCP!

I used to have containers but then realised that I can find stuff far faster by typing into the full in inventory search. So much easier....

Having everything you own in the main inventory becomes a problem when you want to trade items or sort loot. Maybe I can put loot into a container, but traded items get dumped into the mess.

I said the same about the char creator...

(also still uses containers to organise stuff for ships vs loot for jita etc)
