Give us feedback! what worked best, suggestions for changes, etc. Both for the class and the reading material. Also, tell us your thoughts on the "Join Me" demo, as that was a first. Thanks all for participating today :D Thanks especially to the Agony guys who came out to give everyone a highly-effective gate camp to run.

I have waited 2 years for this class, having missed sign up by this much a few time in the past. WELL worth the wait!!! The class size was just right and the instructors cr8r and dzu were very informative and friendly. Cheers to the support 'gate campers' who made it realistic and killed a dumbass neut who came too close. And the warp to the bubble uncloaked was the trick. The join.me was a nice feature to use. Keep using it. As always Agony classes are the best, and I appreciate you all taking the time to help make the game more fun. o7

Great class and very well presented :) Thank goodness I managed to do the gate camp, before the storm finally wiped out my power for the next few hours, sadly I missed out on the gauntlet, but c'est la vie! Thought the join me was a great tool, a little bit of tweaking and it will rock. Many thanks to dzu and cr8r for a very well run class :)

It was again a great class with a lot of stuff to learn. Esp. to uncloak if having a bubble on dscan in flight was a very cool hint! The gate camp was very nice! I had a lot of fun. Thanks to the Agony pilots that set it up. I still remember my pulse as the Dramiel re-approached me up to 4,000m as I managed to get my cloak running again. Usage of join.me was very nice! Keep up with that! Big thanks to dzu and cr8r for this great class!!

Excellent job on the class by dzu, c8r, and the Agony support fleet. As always happens in a class, there were a few tips that popped up that are such gold nuggets that they make the class worth it all by themselves. Here are a few that struck me as being important (I recommend adding them to the wiki): - 6 probes are better than 4 - Use 'alt' and 'shift' keys to move all probes at once, in different ways for the different keys. I think the shift trick is well known, but the alt trick is new - Decloak yourself before hitting a bubble - Decloak radius/edge/center calculation is different recently (c8r mentioned decloaking 5km from a Domi) And of course running the bubbles is great fun. There's something that you might want to add in regards to the section on recon BM pairs and why a pilot might want to "look at" enemy ships. Some students might not realize that it is possible to see what sort of weapons a ship has fitted by looking at the ship (in some cases). Oh, and using join.me was great - worked well. Cheers, Maudite

Great class! Much well-deserved praise for dzu and cr8r, and the support crew. I <3 Agony classes, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone considering them as a way to dip their toes into various aspects of PvP. Well, the lecture is like dipping your toes, and then the practical is more like a surprise dunking by the guy you didn’t notice behind you. I got a little frustrated with myself during the bubble-camp exercise, but the instructors got me sorted with the cloak 1st, mwd 2nd method. Their patience is much appreciated. As others have mentioned, the little tips and tricks alone are worth the price of admission, and the chance to practice some new skills with feedback is invaluable. Regarding the join.me screen share, I thought it was definitely useful for demonstrating things like probe configuration as we did last night, where the action is relatively slow. Given the choppiness (at least on my machine/connection), it would likely work less well for more quickly moving actions, perhaps the spiral approach drill in Basic. But that’s probably a matter of experimentation to see which things work and which don’t, as well as how to tweak the software and presentation for best results. PS I successfully ran a bubble camp in MHC awhile after the class, so your tutelage definitely paid off for me then.

I agree with all the comments above (well, the course related ones at least ;) ). Great choice of topics, well presented by both Dzu and Cr8er. As usual their insight and experience saves many times the cost of tuition than would be lost in ships and clones learning things the hard way from trial and error. I'm always grateful to Agony for putting these classes on and for their staff to take the time to make them interesting, relevant, and fun. My favorite tip from the course: the quick F1 Stealth ==> F2 MWD combo--very helpful in bailing out of gate camps and getting to a quick warp-out. Thank you, Dzu, Cr8r, and Agony support crew! Ash

In fairness, Silvonus actually got the item first, but got distracted by puppies before setting up the contract. Was fun romping around 0.0, but - fortunately or not - also a good lesson on how empty sov space can be.

Thanks very much all for the class. Great way to spend a Sunday. Join.me was an excellent idea that I plan to steal, and worked great after figuring out how to zoom to 100%. I do recommend that anyone broadcasting with it set their resolution to dzu-size for maximum compatibility.

PVP-ADVANCED soon? followed by skirmishing and flybys? :)

Top: Critic is good and very useful, when it's done the right way. And it was. Thank you for giving it, it was very helpful for learning. It's not always easy to give critic, but very nice done from both instructors. Good stuff: Instead of telling us every single detail we had to remember when reporting intel from the start of the course, it was laid out softly, with basic elements and from that we then build on top of that, so I could slowly get more and more details into the rapport. As more and more intel rapports was commented on, during our practical, I related it to the way I was trying to do it, and each time I was thinking about how I could do it better next time. Since this was my first time ever reporting intel, it could have been much worse but I also see room for many hours of improvement for myself, as it's not as perfect as I would like it to be. Practice makes perfect. But taking the class gave me the tools needed to improve and be get better. Waiting in queue for going through the practical part was okay, since there was a lot of feedback on each ship trying the camps. It gave me time to think about the things being said to fellow shipmates going through the gate camp :-) There was some amount of pressure on the tactical part but it's very much needed for one to learn what is important, how to handle it and getting used to handle it. Enjoyed it. It was very good that we got a chance to scan down the Vexor. Not so good: It was faily okey with the Join Me section (as a slide show), but I could have been without since the stuff about probing was already covered very well in the reading material, and getting hands on with probing is imho the best way to learn. :-) (Guess I'm not a big fan of slide shows and power points *grin*). Maybe making a video could be another approach, that students could watch and have a QA after with hands on excises, Dunno really I just enjoy flying ships and might not be good at teaching :-) : End Now when I'm out driving in traffic and waiting at a crossing, I'm thinking: Recon, this is LS in City Xyz, at the Wyz crossing, we got 3 trucks, 2 busses, 4 pedestrians, 2 bikes and nothing in the rear mirror. : Credits Thank you AU support for making it a very vivid class! And again, thank you dzu and cr8r much appreciated the time and effort you put into it.

Team, Great job on the class I would recommend. The screen show went well enough. Constructive criticism / questions: 1. Why don't you fraps the probing section and then stream it while narrating over the top of the video during that section? 2. Why don't you do this class on SISI? We're trying to evade not get fights. Plus all your Agony helpers could play with cheep Dramiels w/ faction mods. Thanks again,
