I had to take an extended break from Eve due to real life, and when I got back last month, the first thing I checked for was there any Agony classes I could attend as a student or alumni. Was thrilled when I saw this one open up - and didn't go to sleep at all the night before just to make sure I didn't miss the signup (ya, I know, Alumni can sign up after it's full but still, I didn't want to take a chance!) It was, as is always true of any Agony class, worth the lack of sleep for a night. What can I say? I'm addicted to Agony! B) An awesome roam, as always. Sure wish we had more targets... but then again, I'm the bloodthirsty industrial type  Blowing up ships is good for the economy, after all. Voice comms were remarkably excellent, was very impressed with how disciplined all the new students were on voice right from the beginning. Impeccable fleet command and support, as always, from all the Agony people! I see I'm going to have to schedule another sleepless night here soon... covops class announced! Yippee!! GG

I was suprised that the class didn't cover aggression timer and what yellow-boxing vs redboxing is. We probably should have taken 60 seconds to cover killboards and the combat log for anyone that had never seen it. I think some drake killmails are missing from the roam, presumably because someone just doesn't know they got the kill. I wish there were classes offered for NON-US timezones so that my UK and Auzzie alliance mates could join. I also wish the classes were offered more frequently. Overall it was a ton of fun and I would totally do it again. The scouts, dictors and FC all worked together superbly. Looking forward to wolf packs, advanced, and whatever else. Starbuck

I'm not sure I follow... with a 1700 this was a Euro prime time class

Class - Good! Roam - Very good! Overall experience - Sign me up for the next one! Thank you so much for the lessons learned and the fun had. Corywyn and Dzu, awesome material on the first day. Unaligned midpoints was something that I had not heard about before. Sofai, scouts and interdictor pilots, big thanks to you too as well. The roam was epic and the adrenaline of almost loosing ships and PODs was awesome. Getting jumped by AAA was the highlight, really showed how an in-tune gang can take apart a group of ships. Fly safe and see you all on the next one. Smantis

Sorry if Im a bit late to reply but oh well :) Roam was excellent; thanks Sofai, dictors, skirmishers, recon, everyone. Class was good. cory and dzu were great instructors. Structure of class was well designed. If I could make a suggestion it would be to add more null sec specific PVP aspects to the class (such as the various bubbles, roles that dictors/hictors play, something else that Im not aware of). Yes I know some of this is in the wiki but it helps if there's a section on it in class as it helps drive it home and leaves room for Q&A Most of the stuff covered in the class was already known to me due to tons of experience in high sec PvP (RvB) so I would've loved more info on null sec/low sec specific aspects of PvP but I guess if the class is tailored towards players totally new to PvP then there may not be enough time to cover some of the more advanced topics. Thanks to everyone for sticking around and answering questions after class and roam. Really looking forward to the Wolfpacks class, I understand there are only 2 instructors around who can do one so it may take a while but I do hope you guys do it soon (July after covops maybe? :) )

Your questions shall be answered (at least some of them) in PVP WOLFPACKS. That's the class that deals more with bubbles and nullsec mechanics as well as warping to TACs etc. Basic is just that, basic.

Hmm I just realised I hadn't added feedback yet.

Just wanted to say it was a great experience, and the balance of information was just about right for me any more and I think retention would have been an issue. The idea of doing spiralling last was perfect, allowing people plenty of time to retry it out, without holding up the rest of the class.
I must admit I was glad I made the decision to stay the extra hour and get blown to smitherines, that was excellent fun on the roam. Finally I wanted to thank you all, so far Eve has felt like a largely single player game, it's good to know that there is a much more fun multiplayer aspect on the horizon (when I finally get my skills in check)

No love for dictor pilots?

After being stuck in a bubble before... no, no love for dictor pilots :o
Much love though for the time spent chatting and advising me, that was really appreciated :D
