I have a friend who would like to sign up for the PvP Basic Course when enrollment opens tomorrow. He will be away tomorrow. I was wondering if I could sign him up with my forum account as a proxy? I also want to pay for him (20 Million ISK from my EVE character, Knythawk). Will this cause any confusion/problems?

I'm afraid that you can't sign up with your account for him. Signups can only be done for the own account. Alumni shouldn't be an issue, we don't really limit them unless we get an insane turnout
