Tickets/Purchasing:
There will be a total of 400 tickets @ 5m isk each.
The winners will be determined using 'Chribba's Dice' and can be confirmed *here*
The lottery will end when the last ticket is sold
To purchase ticket(s) you send the amount of tickets you want x 5m isk to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason code Drone1. Tickets are tracked automatically and you can check them *here*. (the system may take up to 2 hours to update after the isk has been sent)
Therefore:
If you want one ticket, send 5,000,000 ISK to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason Drone1
If you want two tickets, send 10,000,000 ISK to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason Drone1
and so forth
'Bump' bonus draw details:
1) Each draw is assigned a range of 100 numbers. (1-100,101-200,201-300,ect)
2) Draws will be unlocked between 2 and 24 hours after the last ticket of thier group has been purchased, or at the time of the Main Lotto draw, whichever comes first.
3) The dice rolls have been made and locked (links listed below)
4) In order to be eligible to win a bonus prize the holder of the (potential) winning ticket number must have posted in the EVE-0 thread confirming thier ticket purchase before the draw has been unlocked
5) In the event that the holder of the potential wining ticket has not posted, the dice will be re-rolled, locked for 24 hours and a new ticket number chosen.(this process will be repeated until a valid winner is chosen)

Draw 3 - unlocked (#264 Winner Sarah Elkadar)
Draw 4 - unlocked (#369 Winner Fornicis)
The winner of each 'bump' bonus draw will recive thier choice of one(1) Assualt frigate or two(2) Interceptors (Max value 30m) -or- 25m isk 'cash'

* ISK 'buyout' prices are slightly less than the market value of the ship itself @ the time the lottery began. This is due to the fact that the prizes are purchased before the lottery is posted and have to be resold if the winner opts to take cash instead.Due to market fluxuations, the buyout price could actually be more than the value of the ship when the lottery ends (but the stated buyout price stands regardless)
