DON'T INSTALL TO YOUR MAIN FOLDER - MAKE A COPY OF YOUR MAIN EVE FOLDER AND INSTALL THIS PATCH TO THE COPY, IN CASE THEY INSTALL A MINI-PATCH FOR THE FINAL RELEASE!!
I always download it early as I have 20MBit internet at work but my connection at home is crap. That way there is at least a chance that I can get it installed nice and quick when I get home from work.
EDIT: Just realised it is the same build as the current Sisi build, so in theory you should just be able to use your Sisi installation to connect to TQ once it's back online
