"They won't make t2 ship skills racial. They have specifically said that" .. the annoying french Dev at last years fanfest said that is exactly what they will do .. he flagged the areas that gave too much ship access .. destroyers battlecruisers logistics and recon were all called out

T2 ships are already racial in that you need the racial t1 hull skilled to get into the t2 hull. There's no way to refine them further - would be duplication. Honest Dybb - is just the last remaining non-racial t1 hulls they're messing with - dessies and BCs. :)
