I know you guys are not here to be technical support for other peoples forums but I have posted questions on 3 other forums that ARE for that and no one is willing to help me so, I'm hoping maybe one of you that runs this forum might know. I'm trying to install a mod on my forum which uses the SMF software. The mod doesnt work by itself and I have to install it manually but the instructions for how to do that are written for like someone that already knows how to do it. Like it tells me to add lines of code to different files but does not tell me where they are. One of them is /index.php I looked in the files of the theme I downloaded and I do not see that file, or any of the other files. The link is here. (ModEdit: link removed) There is a box on the right that says manual install for SMF and a drop down with versions, mine is 1.1.11. Again, I'm sorry if this is out of place.

I'm going to make a judgment call on this and lock the thread. Sorry buddy, but this is indeed not the helpdesk for software we don't even use ourselves. Hope you have better luck elsewhere, but stick to EVE and / or Agony related questions here, or post something you're sure we'd enjoy.
