Both of these fees are due soon. We probably have enough in the kitty for the website, but the ventrillo fees are not yet covered.
If you've been looking at that donate button on the right hand side of the home page and wondering if you should just slip us a little cash for these fees, now would be a great time to do so.
Please donate if you are in a position to do so. Don't go overboard and don't put yourself into a bad place if finances are tight - let's share the load around.

Is it OK to ask roughly how much the annual cost of website / ventrilo is?

I don't know exactly, but it's of the order of a couple/few hundred dollars for each service. Not super expensive, especially if we can spread the cost over a reasonable number of people.
Anything left over is kept in reserve for next years fees and maintenance - last year we invested some of the surplus into a mid-year upgrade to increase our maximum concurrent Vent users.

(Could/would some corporate leaders use corporate isk to buy PLEX and then pay their subscription fee $15/month into the "kitty" instead of to CCP to pay for these services?)

Not something we've done or considered.
However if you want to buy GTCs, please support us by buying via the link on the home page.
