There is a CCP based discrimination against light amarr ships. Only room for afterburner => no e-war => no distributed e-war

We do not allow students to fly interdictors in classes. If all you can fly is the coercer we're not going to stop you from bringing it, but it might be worthwhile to cross-train a little for another race's destroyer.

You can bring it to the class but you won't really be adding to the combat power of the fleet. We want each ship to bring EWAR.

Frigate III does not take long to train, so Cross training for Destroyers is not to hard to do.

I can Fly the Caldari one as well, Just Can't use Missiles or Guns all that well, Wanted to Fly the Sansha Ships, so I wanted to Fly what I have the Skills for.

If you can't use missles or guns what do you do, throw rocks at people?
Sorry not trying to be rude, but I'm sure with a little training for the class y'd be able to fly any of the destroyers just fine.
Maybe not some uber tech II fit of doom, but still a fit that can contribute to the fleet.
Besides the Ammarr Dessie has 8 Turret hardpoints, it's a Gun ship like all the Destroyers.

I assume 'guns' is meant as in hybrids, as opposed to all turrets =P
As has been said, you are welcome to bring a coercer to wolfpacks if you like, but just bear in mind that for that kind of fleet it is significantly less effective than the other races destroyers (since the main strength of a wolfpack is in it's mid slots rather than it's damage output).
