I think the subject says it all. I am interested in joining Agony and normally am online from 0200 to 0400.
Can I apply now or is that not late enough?

This is just to clarify that recruitment is still open for those residents of Americas who play primarily in Australian and European time zones. So for example if you live in North or South America and play EVE during afternoon or very late at night (either around 20:00 EVE time or around 07:00 EVE time +/- a few hours) then you are welcome to apply.

0200-0400 would actually place you in Charlie Squadron and Charlie recruitment is closed. Late night US is basically if you overlap with aussie time zone and aussies get on around 06:00 to 16:00 (downtime +/- 5 hours). The first half of that is around 10pm to 4am pacific coast in US. So if you are mountain or pacific time zone and regularly play deep into the night you'd be welcome to apply.
I switched description to downtime +/- a few hours realizing that 07:00 is a bit early for aussies (about 2-4 pm their time, it is just when they start to get on).

"In Eve Time what is late night US Timezone?" is the wrong questions... it should be "what is EVE time".
EVE time is GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
For example, Germany, where I live, is GMT+1, so 20:00 EVE time should be 21:00 in Germany. (In fact, that's not how it is right now... but that's because EVE time didn't switch to summer time I think... one of the "never to be solved" EVE mysteries.)
