This class looks wary interesting, but its in for an european like me its 02:00-11:00, so i just wanted to hear if its some thing you are going to run again "soon" or if its a one time offer?

We are working to roll it into a regular schedule, but aren't ready to announce any other dates just yet.

The skill requirements look harsh, but most are really the minimum reqirement if you wanted to scan exploration sites in a covops effectively. It took me two months to acquire those skills. BTW the skills "Astrometic Triangulation" and "Signal Acquisition" have been renamed to "Astrometic Rangefinding" and "Astrometic Acquisition", respectively. Newer players might be confused in the future

We're working to upgrade our materials since the last expansion made a lot of changes in this area. As to more courses, we're gearing up for more CovOps courses in the future and timezones will vary, depending on instructor availability.

Wiki Now lists Astrometric Rangefinding 3+ twice... I think one of them should be Astrometric Acquisition 3+. ziglot

I'd like to echo the OP's request for an EU time zone course, just so you know there are more people interested. After BASIC, WOLFPACK and ADVANCED, things are really starting to gel together, but the first for knowledge is yet to be quelled.

We're working on getting some instructors qualified for CovOps and hope to be able to offer this across different timezones in the not too distant future......as it is I'm operating well outside of my usual game times for this class as I'm in Australia.

Subject to instructor availability, we'll offer classes in all timezones wherever possible. New instructors are training up for this class as we speak, they'll be assisting with classes until they're ready to go solo.

Just a quick question: I assume that all 4 covops ships are suitable for what you have in mind? I fly a Helios and crosstraining to another race would take 10 days.

I fly Helios and Anathema on my main and have alts that fly Cheetah and Buzzard......they all have pros and cons, but as Tea said, there's no specific reason why you can't fly any of them for the class. We'll discuss fitting for each of them.

Wow, thought you guys were giving warnings for classes now. Been waiting for this class for a while and missed out. Guess I'm back to checking the website 2-3 times a day... edit: ah, there was warning. oh well, still back to checking often
