Hello, I expect that I'm one of many hoping to enrol on the next PVP BASIC course and submit an app to join the Corp. I've lost many iskies from ship losses as a result of not doing the right thing at the right time (I know I need help!). The problem is that I can fit some nice guns to some reasonably expensive and dangerous looking ships... I just don't know how to fly them ;) . Anyhow, I guess it may be a little while until I can get on a course, so in the meantime if anyone has the time to take a look at my skills and suggest which ones I should concentrate on for pvp, I'd really appreciate it!

I have a cov ops/recon toon Greenlock that's rly my main (he's actually on another account), but he has so many SP in mining that we don't really like to be seen out together :) Mind you, he has had some experience scouting for gangs and fleets and I'm training him for JF.

Short term, I'd concentrate on (in no particular order): Leadership - make yourself valuable in a gang by getting leadership to 5 and supports up to 4......then you can act as squad booster (you get the bonus too if you're boosting the squad). Mechanic - boost your armor compensation skills and get repair systems to 5. If you want to salvage in 0.0 you need to be quick - get this up to 3 or 4. Navigation - get you nav skills up a bit to make yourself more manouverable and able to warp long distances in a single bound. Longer term - you seem suited to Amarr cross training - so Amarr frigs/cruisers + lasers and missiles.

Shield Op 1!!?!?!?!?! 3 if not 4 or 5. Shield Managment 4 or 5 Electronics should be 5, it's a fitting skill I see you have Weapons Upgrades and Adv. which effects your weapons mods but Electronics and Engineering effect everything and should be trianed first. I noted you have Energy Man. at 5 so I'm thinking pick up Thermo dynamics, but I forget if Science 5 is pre-req. for that... These days with the que, most skills if they are worth having at 1, you might as well have them up to III, it's so easy and fast with the que. I'd have more to say but I'm at work. so no EveMon to screw with.
