Sounds like BoB will get some fun in compensation for the loss of the alliance. All that lovely PVP right on your doorstep, without all the hassle of picking a fight with someone 5 regions away and then humping all your crap over there, and keeping in the field. It will be interesting to see what happens. Goons have been playing other games from what I've read while I've been away. So will be interesting to see how many more people they can get online. The alliances in that whole area of the map have been disorganised of late, and concentrating on infighting, so who knows. I suppose the wildcard is the NC. When I was in BRUCE they were the most frustrating of allies. They never finished anything off, and didn't like to put their cap fleet on the line too much. They were also very gun-shy of titans. It will be interesting to see if having driven BoB off in the North they've now got the stones to put their shiny fleets into harms way offensively, and whether they've got the will and the grit to stick out the months of campaigning needed. Have they got the taste for blood. Or will everyone just decide that this level of POS warfare is too dull for words, and what's the point?

Sov 3 for Kenny is hitting this week iirc, so if I had to guess the fighting is about to start. POS warfare really isn't too bad if you have a dread pilot and a support pilot. If you have a rev you have no worries with reloading, so dual box and run support with a second account. Sitting in a dread by itself for more than a week or two does get boring, but half the fun is the nonsense on ts /w the drunks and comedians.

^^^^ What he said. While there are some dull moments where you float in space waiting, those are alleviated by greatness on teamspeak/corpchat. Plus all types of combat has those dull moments where you just wait. Plus its always fun to bump King balthazars titan and listen to him emo-rage on ts for about 45 minutes.
Jack Cannon > good luck with that... think you'll have to fight agony in their frig blobs for it
WarGod > smart bombs man!!

I wouldn't do that too often. He might get so upset he gets trigger happy. And he could ruin a whole fleet's day... :P

I'm sorry Mr CEO, I DD'd my own fleet because we were all a bit bored, and they pissed me off. You don't mind do you?
