Hi All, Eve marketing works. Used the 5 day free time to try Eve again and just subbed for another 30days on both my characters. Wont be on as much as I used to be (last time nearly cost me my marriage). I am out in X-70 atm with all my kit. Can anyone get me up to speed with big changes that will affect my Characters I haven't played since Feb 08 ShortBlade Caldari, Flies Falcon,Kitusune, Covops, Drake. Michaelyer Flies Onyx, Crow, Raven Both Charcters were missile loving mission runners originally and from what I here may now be heavily gimped due to missile nerfs ? Dont knwo anyhting about faction stuff just been ratting in 0.0 last few days. Cheers Shorty

Hey! I dont know you but welcome back! Missiles do a lot less damage on smaller targets now, but nothing a target painter and precision missiles wont solve Stuff goes much slower now which is good. Blockage runners can warp cloaked which is good if im in one not if im catching one. and its nearly christmass which is also good

Caldari ECM is still as awesome as it was before - strongest form of e-war available in game. Missiles have been nerfed a tad - their ratio of damage to sig radius has been changed and as a result you might want to pack a target painter if you're trying to hit smaller objects (or use a friend or some target painting drones). AFs have been boosted and became more popular to use. Warp scramblers are awesome in certain situations, because they can completely deactivate mwd of a target. Webs have been nerfed - only give -60% velocity max but are still quite useful. Things move slower now so no more Vagas zipping around at 9,000 m/s. And overall there is much less incentive to nano things now. CCP has also introduced a way to break up 60d game time codes into two what is called PLEXs so now you can buy game time directly from market if you just do a search for PLEX (30 days i think go for about 310-330 mil). Anyways have fun with your 35 days of EVE ^^

Great thanks for the advice all :-) Had a wicked night the other night took the Buzzard out and discovered a Radar site took both my characters in and came out with a load of data cores and a Blueprint I think the whole lot is worth about 160 mill which for an hours work I was happy with, I could have done it quicker if I had read this thread first as I wasted so many cruise missiles on those bloody frigs lol, target painter will be used next time ;-) Going to have to be careful as I can see this getting addictive again. Can anyone tell me where I stand with regards to corp access in terms of the wiki and other forums ? Do I need to apply for membership ? I had just got Lieutenant status before going AFG
