If you are interested in Eve Lore. Including some of the current things that have been going on in game I recommend the Hydrostatic Podcast. There latest (Nov 30th 2014) goes into a lot of lore/backround concerning the Jove and Sleepers.

Ashterothi and Lock run a very sharp podcast...I highly recommend their show.
The have a really solid Lore segment as Roc mentions and generally are some really nice guys - give them a check out.

New (Tiamat lore) episode of Hydrostatic got featured on the EVE Facebook page today, clicked over and saw it ran nearly two hours. 
Ain't nobody got time for that.
