Recently joined a new corp, ticker BLOPS part of Catastrophic Uprising alliance. I noticed our home system is relatively close to where the run will be. Will this be a problem?

Not for us lol! On a more serious note, no fleet member is ever expected to shoot their own blues or greens. Should BLOPS throw a fleet at us, you can simply choose to sit out the fight.
