They should be blue to him and thus will not appear in his overview to target. It is between Hemlock and goonfleet whether he can attend the class and be in a wolfpack that may be hostile to goonfleet.

In that case, Im wondering if I can change my buddy Hemlock Point for Zap Branagain (TTPS) no wars. Hemlock will be using it. Since iv already payed for Hemlocks char, can those funds just be used for Zap?
