Its a tight fit on cpu with a medium shield - I have 0.1 free with pretty much maxed out skills so you might need a cheap 2% implant.

As this is going to be a smaller than normal gang, and I'm still in the Christmas spirit, if you have a friend or two that has NOT taken Basics before but you know them to have at least a reasonable ability to fly in a gang and be cool on coms, feel free to drag them along to today's roam. Also, if you'd like to skirmish, bring an appropriate ship! I'm short on skirmishers right now!

Just a quick thanks to those of you who joined the Ganked fleet last night, hope you enjoyed the tail end of the night as much as I did, even if it gets harder and harder to find a good or manageable fight!

This was a fun roam, had some good little fights, bombers were common but all seemed to mostly fail, and unbelievably, *I* did NOT whelp the fleet! A first for me! The fleet DID get whelped, but my back-up FC Roigon was at the helm at that time, not me So technically, I did not whelp the fleet After about 3 or so hours roaming around, the remnants of our fleet joined up with Mangala's RvB Ganked fleet, where we had one really terrific kinda long-winded fight shortly after we joined, then a really difficult time finding targets/fights for what seemed like ages, until Mangala got most of us whelped right at the end. A good day all around, my thanks to everyone who showed up and joined us, my thanks to Mangala for letting us die-hards join up with him, and most importantly, my thanks to all those who sacrificed their ships to our turrets!

Sorry to have missed it. I had a bit of a shunt in the wife's car I went right into the back of a learner driver who'd managed to change into reverse instead of 5th gear while doing 50mph. Annoyingly I am liable for it even though their brake lights didn't come on - don't need brakes when you put the engine into reverse @ 50mph right enough £250 excess as well

Oh she wasn't in the car but understandably she's not best pleased Everyone seemed OK. The instructor in the car I hit managed to get the clutch in (dual controls) just after it happened so they weren't at a standstill when I "arrived". Chunks of his engine/gearbox were spraying out the back of the car though I'd have had plenty of time to stop had I seen a brake light. Shit happens Edit - oh and my photo driving license wasn't up to date so obviously plod (police) got stroppy which took time to sort out. Note to those of you in the UK - you need to renew a photo license every 10 years regardless of whether your details change. Its not a criminal offence to continue driving on one though and plod can't do you for it, only DVLA can and they don't care.
