I'm going to go ahead and close enrollment. Remember: I'm still not giving out access to anyone who doesn't already have it. Apparently, if I try to add access, anything I don't have permissions to add gets dropped. I.E. AGONY members lose ranks and squadrons permissions, people who have taken ADVANCED or COVOPS lose those permissions. Until we get this problem figured out, be patient.
