You probably know this already, but I was having trouble accessing the course materials too. I was using the Firefox browser. It works with Internet Explorer though. It's odd because I didn't have this trouble when I took the Basic class. It might be something wrong with my settings with Firefox, not sure.

I just checked the materials on the wiki using Firefox and it all seems OK. You are accessing the materials on the Wiki?? not the main Agony site?? Materials were moved a while ago (I'm not sure when you did Basic).

Yes, I'm talking about the wiki. I took the basic class a few weeks ago. However, I used my laptop because I was out of town. There may be some difference between my laptop and my desktop that isn't readily apparent.

When I'm using Firefox on my desktop, if I click on the link for the wiki it opens the wiki in another tab, but it shows that I'm not logged in. Of course if you try to view the materials while not logged in you get an error message saying you need to log in. I tried logging in just see if it would work. That merely takes me back to the same error page. Yes I was logged into the forum so it's not something that simple. lol

It does work fine with Internet Explorer though. That makes me believe it's not some weird setting of my firewall.

In any case, I'm just suggesting that if someone is having problems, they might try a different browser to see if it works.

I remember having a similar issue a while back. I'm not certain how I fixed it. I think it might have been saving the password in firefox, so that it auto logs in to the new tab. It was one of those things I didn't really take much notice of when it started to work.

As far as Firefox is concerned, what I found is a problem (feature?) of distinguishing sub-domain cookies. Which you can read a little about here.

I solved the problem by browsing to:

http://www.agony-unleashed.com
not
http://agony-unleashed.com

afaik firefox will not accept cookie across subdomains, so when you go from agony-unleashed.com to www.agony-unleashed.com which is where the wiki is located, it cannot see the cookie set or some such thing

haha. i was clicking the wrong link. I was trying to read Instructor's Materials (RESTRICTED) but I just realized the other links below that do work now.
