The *advanced* covops class covers not needing bio-breaks.... that way you can keep eyes on the target and not give yourself away.
After some time you realise Caldak doesn't have a bladder so unless part of advanced covops = painful knots then it won't work
My answer (and I kid you not) was to get a wireless headset that worked as far as the toilet, warp myself to a tac in a (very) big system when it was quiet and run for it. Surprisingly it worked perfectly until on one roam I ended up on vent and TS3 at the same time for reasons too odd to go into. That killed the battery way way fast - and at an "awkward" moment too, and I don't mean in-game That in turn killed the (64-bit) version of TS3 which killed all audio input requiring a reboot - which wasn't possible obviously. Fun
