Unusual but not unbelevable.
Rorq has a very good drone damage bonus and was probably sitting on a station in relitive safety. (a theory supported by the sisters/navy sentry gun assist)

Also the active tank on a Rorq can be pretty good if fitted for it, so yeah ..... combat Rorq, best Rorq

Yep I can totally see it .. Good tank on the rorqual
20% bonus to drone damage and hitpoints per level.
look at the setups on the ships destroyed only 2 had a rep, and they were only a few resist mods.
