I'm sure access will be granted soon. In the meantime, take a look at the Basic materials again....it's important that all of the Basic material is fresh in your mind as well. The wolfpacks material builds on the Basic course.

Ok I know what happened. When Rells asked me to close the class I didn't update the last few people on the enrollment. I don't have access to the wallet, and I think Rip did not notice I don't have that access. Ill talk to Rip and get that sorted ASAP. disclaimer: All posts before my post with the cutoff should be accepted into the course. If for some unforeseen reason something goes wrong and those few people that got cut off are not able to be put into the course, I will personally sponsor your class fees. My bad... but I will get this sorted ASAP

Don't think there is a forum for wolfpacks as I can see the wiki stuff now but there's no new forum appearing, I know, I was expecting a Wolfpack forum too, but the powers that be must feel there's not as much need for one as there is for Basic. They're trusting us to figure it out from the guides. :amazed: !lol

To be honest I think the only bit the guides leave you unsure of is some of the midslots and that's simply due to the fact that you have to wait for the pre-flight fleet Ewar balencing to be certain of what configuration you'll be using there, so having a forum to discuss fittings might not be terribly useful.

This is correct. The forum for students is the "PVP-University Students" Forum.

The forum description is:
A forum for students of PVP-University classes to discuss class related issues, questions and so on. If you are a student of a class, this is where you go to ask a question!

While there are guidelines for fittings, everyone has slightly different skills and preferences. The EWAR will be balanced using the now familiar fleet tool. The main pre-class decision is to fit close range or long range.

Having a reasonable stock of fittings in Nonni prior to the class is always a good idea regardless.

The Wolfpacks material is on the Wiki and should be available from this page (once access is granted):

Oh ok, I think I was a bit confused assuming there would be a separate forum because there was one for PVP-Basics. I also appear to have epic failed reading 101... it's the Instructors Materials that are restricted to me not the course material LOL No wait..... I need access to the Instructors Materials Honest I do.... Oh well I tried.

I am checking the wiki but don't see standardized loadouts for this class. Do you have stipulations on fittings for Wolfpack? Our PvP Basic class was all nanoed out, are we to do the same here? ABs or MWDs?

There are no specific setups for Wolfpacks. You need to read the "Close vs. Far Away, Advanced Light Ship Fitting" article in the Wolfpacks materials on the wiki and combine this with your experience from Basic to come up with a fitting.

Generally AB is preferred for wolfpacks, rather than MWD, but it's a little less stringent than Basic (you still need to maintain your orbit and MWDs still have the sig radius increase, so AB is usually best).

If you don't have access to the materials yet, please post a clear request in this thread - I will try to flag it to those who can grant access. PMs generally won't work for granting of access. Only specific people within Agony have the ability to give out to restricted materials.

Kakary, I think the problem is that your enrollment should have read like this:

war with: Legion

Rells can be a stickler for details, especially when he is stressed and he is at the moment. I am hoping he will accept your registration, as I know you are really eager for the class and that there are some language issues. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.
