Rupture has 5 lows and I see 6 mods in the lows for the suggested fit. Also leaves a hi-slot empty so maybe somebody mixed up low/hi or something.

That fit is rather weird, yes.
You can basically drop either an EANM or a Gyro. Your choice whether you want a little extra tank or a little extra gank.
You can also add a Dual 180mm AC in the highs.
