No problem, thanks for letting us know - you will be given credit against a future class (you will still need to sign up for whichever class you choose as usual, though, but you won't need to make payment next time).
EVE is a dark and harsh world, you're supposed to feel a bit worried and slightly angry when you log in

Although I signed up as alumni, I feel it's fair to let you know I won't be able to attend roam 18'th April.
An issue inside corp came up that needs my full attention, I was unable to make necessary preparations for the class.
Issue is good one, no worry, and i'm looking forward to participate in some future class.
